THE EUTHANASIA PROCEDURE
You have made the decision to euthanize; now what? It is your choice if you would like to be present in the room while the euthanasia is performed. Some people prefer staying next to their pet until the very end while others might find it too painful to watch. If you decide to stay, our veterinarian will discuss the detailed process with you and prepare you for it.
Once the procedure is completed, you will have to decide on the preferred method of care for his/her remains. You will have the option to bring your pet home for burial, cremation, with or without the ashes being returned to you.
CREMATION
We have a state-of-the-art crematorium on site. Exploits Valley Animal Hospital offers common aftercare services as well as private cremation services. Your pet's urn is provided with the private cremation service.
