1) We are now allowing ONE person pet in the building. Please call the clinic at the number posted in our door to let staff know of your arrival. When the veterinarian is ready for your pet, you will be notified and asked to bring your pet inside. *Special accommodations may be made for more sensitive appointments but please discuss any special needs or requests with the receptionist at the time of booking*.
2) Please call ahead for refills of medications and food and pay over the phone whenever possible.
3) A mask is mandatory, covering both your NOSE AND MOUTH whenever you are in contact with our staff, including in our parking lot or in your vehicle.
4) Our waiting room is closed. Please do not get dropped off for your appointment. You must remain in your vehicle until we are ready for your appointment.
Surgeries and appointments are going ahead as previously scheduled at this time and we will continue to see your pet in the most efficient timeframe possible. Because we are doing extra cleaning in between appointments, it can sometimes take a little longer than normal in between appointments and we ask that you bear with us and have patience while we navigate our way through this.
