1) We are allowing ONE person per pet into the exam room for appointments. Call when you're in the parking lot, or pop in to the front desk, to let us know you're here. We will then call you to come into the building and go directly into the exam room when we are ready for you. *Special accommodations may be made for more sensitive appointments but please discuss any special needs or requests with the receptionist at the time of booking*.
2) People are allowed into the building to pick up food or medications, but we would prefer if you call ahead to order and pay over the phone if possible.
3) A mask is mandatory, covering both your NOSE AND MOUTH.
4) Our waiting room is closed. Please do not get dropped off for your appointment. You must remain in your vehicle until we are ready for your appointment.
Surgeries and appointments are going ahead as previously scheduled at this time and we will continue to see your pet in the most efficient timeframe possible. Because we are doing extra cleaning in between appointments, it can sometimes take a little longer than normal in between appointments and we ask that you bear with us and have patience while we navigate our way through this.
